At LOAM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your Prebiotic Fiber Formula apparel doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original LOAM packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
